Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our bags, you can return them for refund. We have a 90 day refund policy. Once the bag arrives back with us, you will be notified and your return will be processed. Some small print: It needs to bereturned within 90 days, unused, which is pretty standard stuff. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 60 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged item. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if applicable. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Items Delay/Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as “mother nature” can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame, you can contact us and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, or issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Blokkd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Blokkd will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to assist you with the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
